Built for hyperscaler
dark fiber contractors
When you're deploying dark fiber for Meta, Google, Microsoft, or Anthropic, you're managing hundreds of fibers across dozens of spans — with four different document sources that rarely agree.
Netbuild Hierarchy
N1003160 has 15 spans, ~16 fibers per span, A-face and B-face labels per fiber = 480 labels. All generated in under 30 seconds.
Four documents, none of them agree
Your Excel has 242 PIID entries. Your DFSA scope has 238. Your SOW has 241. Which one is right? Without a tool that cross-references all three, you find out on the day the fibers are lit.
TSmartLabel ingests all four source documents for a Netbuild and computes the exact PIID set diff. Every discrepancy becomes a logged conflict with severity, source attribution, and a resolution UI — before a single label gets printed.
Format variations break every script
The 2019 Excel workbook uses 3-column format. The 2024 workbook uses 12-column format with different header names. One sheet uses 'PIID', another uses 'CIRCUIT ID', another uses 'CKT#'. Any hardcoded parser breaks on the second file it sees.
TSmartLabel's Excel parser normalizes across all header variations, column counts, and format generations. The fiberchain parser handles both EQIP and numeric-sequence address formats without configuration.
The direction rule gets forgotten under deadline pressure
The label at site A must show the far-end address. Everyone knows this rule. Under deadline pressure on a 480-label job, it's the thing most likely to get wrong. Wrong direction = useless labels = re-pull.
TSmartLabel generates both A-face and B-face labels from the same FiberChain record, setting the direction logic automatically. You can't generate a label with the wrong direction — the data model doesn't allow it.
Four customer formats, each subtly different
Meta uses `F:` prefix, Google uses `FR:`, Microsoft wants 3-digit zero-padding, Anthropic prints the rack code. One contractor managing all four customers has to remember four different conventions for every job.
Customer label templates are stored in TSmartLabel and applied automatically based on the customer assigned to the Netbuild. The template handles every field difference — you just click 'Generate All Labels'.
